About Chalet
The KDF Chalet is a fully self-contained unit on the Vaal River bank with two en-suite bedrooms and a sleeper couch, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. It is the choice for families, groups, and guests who want the full river experience without sleeping under canvas.
The chalet is fully equipped with a kitchen, two private en-suite bathrooms, comfortable sleeping for 6, and a river-view deck. A short walk takes you to the communal fishing bank and the rest of the property.
Available for bookings from 1 December 2026. Day visitor permits can be arranged at booking or on arrival.

Simple pricing. You pay R2000 per night. That covers up to 6 guests. No extra charges up to that number.
