About Kolgans
Here, the Egyptian geese keep the anglers company. Kolgans is our most private campsite, ideal for those who appreciate peace, space and a relaxing fishing experience. The shady stand combines sand and grass right on the water's edge, giving you direct river frontage and complete seclusion from neighbouring stands.
At approximately 37 metres of riverbank and 15 metres wide, Kolgans offers generous space for two tents with plenty of room between them. Braai facilities are on the stand and communal ablutions and the shared kitchen are a short walk away.
Pre-school children stay free. Optional add-ons including KDF tent rental, private bathroom hire, and day visitor permits can be arranged at booking or on arrival.
Pricing
Simple pricing. You pay R400 per night for the whole stand. That covers 1 tent and 2 adults. You can pitch extra tents at no charge. Each extra adult costs R100 per night.
